Ishaan Engineering has manufactured non-ferrous aluminium castings since 1996, but our roots in pressure die casting run more than 50 years deep — back to when the process was still in its infancy in India. Founded by Mr. Jitendra M. Shah and Mr. Nimish J. Shah, the company started with a single die-casting machine producing 50 metric tonnes a year.
Today we cast in excess of 2,000 metric tonnes of processed aluminium every year across three units — with in-house mould design, automated high-pressure die casting, complete machining, and shot blasting & powder coating, all under one roof.

We cast the BS 1490 LM-series aluminium alloys, including LM2, LM4, LM6, LM9, LM24 and LM25, with international equivalents such as A380/ADC12, A356 and the EN AC grades. Use the alloy selector above to match a grade to your part.
Yes. Alongside casting we run in-house CNC machining, fettling, shot blasting, and powder & primer coating, plus our own tool room for dies, jigs and fixtures — so your part ships finished and inspected.

Yes. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer we provide material and dimensional inspection documentation and certificates of conformance on request, with lot traceability.
