• Flood Lights – We specialize in producing flood light castings of different sizes and intricate shapes, including the body, frame, driver box, and cover. Our current facility has the capability to manufacture flood lights up to 5 kgs, including those with thin heat sink fins.
• Street Lights & holding tiltable auxiliary – Ishaan Engineering produces street lights with various wall thicknesses ranging from 15 watts to 300-400 watts. In addition to manufacturing the street light body, frame, and cover, we also produce tilt-able fixtures that allow for the adjustment of the light’s throw angle as needed.
• Highbay Lighting – We specialize in manufacturing highbay lighting solutions that are designed for large-scale projects and warehouse area lighting, ranging from 100 to 250-300 watts. With our expertise in mould designing and manufacturing, we are able to produce castings with complex shapes, while still ensuring longer product life.
• Panel & Down lights – Our LED light castings come in a wide range of sizes and include both small and deep shapes. Some of these lights may consist of multiple parts within the assembly, such as the panel ring and glass rings that are also made from aluminum casting. We are capable of manufacturing a family of these castings simultaneously, ranging from 3 watts to 30 watts. Our infrastructure includes complete machining and powder coating facilities, allowing us to produce a variety of these castings.
• Flame proof lighting – By conducting the necessary calculations for manufacturing pressure-tight and flame-proof casting moulds, we have been able to produce castings that are suitable for use in flame-proof and pressure-tight lighting applications. Our focus on ensuring that these castings are free of porosity and blowholes is critical for their performance in high-pressure and life-saving scenarios. Additionally, our in-house machining facility allows us to deliver these castings to customers without defects.
• Luxury and decorative lights – We manufacture complex-shaped castings for luxury lighting with meticulous attention to aesthetics and their intended application. The molds and castings need to meet high manufacturing standards. We supply OEM suppliers with large quantities of powder-coated castings made to export quality. These castings contain various sub-assembly parts such as large heatsinks, holding rings, gimble rings, front covers, and more.
